There may be times when you have a bunch of settings you wish to apply to a PDF export, and then want to use them over and over again. Here’s how to create a preset so you can do that easily. With your document open, go to File > Adobe PDF Presets > Define. This opens up the Adobe PDF Presets dialog, where you’ll see a list of existing presets at the top. We’ll click New.
