Alternate Cell Fill Colors?

We’ve already covered how to add a single fill color to a single cell, but you can also create alternating fill colors. Select your table and go to Table > Table Options > Alternating Fills. In the dialog that opens, use the Alternating Pattern menu to choose how you want your fills to be applied. I chose Every Other Column. In the Alternating section of the dialog, select your first fill color (and tint if necessary), followed by your second color, and click OK.
