When listening to financial market participants throughout the trading day, it appears that they are obsessed with the market. What do you think about the market? Where is this market going? How does the market feel? What’s interesting about this is that while indigenous people of the Arctic tundra have multiple words for snow, financial market participants seem happy to use one word with multiple meanings and, amazingly, still understand each other. The trick is in how the question or sentence is phrased rather than the word itself.
