Conclusion
In a BBC Two programme (26 October 2009), Warren Buffett, the second richest man in the world (after Bill Gates), was asked by Evan Davis how he was able to make so much money and yet keep such happy and loyal employees. He said that when he was 20 years old he was terrified of public speaking but that someone recommended Dale Carnegie’s book, How to Make Friends and Influence People. Buffett said that after he read it he made a decision to consciously put the book’s advice into practice and that the decision changed his life.
