So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
When the InfoSec exam is finished, each employee can print out a
certificate of completion.

The certificate is personalized and includes a
customized information security message. Employees often display their
certificates in their work areas, which serves to reinforce the importance
of security throughout the organization.
Compliance
The ISPP group regularly analyzes the exam statistics throughout the testing
period cycle. Status process and compliance reporting tools enable them to
evaluate the completion progress according to individual employee, cost
center and enterprise-wide groups.
