4 Maturing change management (phase 2)

The challenge we face in maturing change management is how to do more with less (rather than doing more by adding unnecessary complexity). The essence of an effective change management programme is achieving the objectives while keeping complexity to an absolute minimum.
Where complexity is required, it must be thoroughly weighed against the business value it creates, while considering alternative means of achieving the same outcome(s) in a less convoluted way.
