So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Comment animer un jeu de rôle?
Le jeu de rôle est une technique de travail qui consiste à faire «jouer» des situations dont les caractéristiques sont fournies par un texte écrit, un film ou un témoignage. La fiche n° 54 décrit le processus de préparation d’un jeu de rôle.
Préparez le groupe
On n’entre pas d’emblée dans un jeu de rôle (c’est une technique trop impliquante pour le stagiaire); sa réussite exige un minimum d’échauffement.
Pour cela :
- • distribuez le texte qui décrit la situation à «jouer» (ou montrer le film, ou présenter le témoignage);
- • animez une discussion (courte);
- • dès que des participants semblent s’identifier à certains personnages de la situation, proposez-leur de jouer ces rôles.
