Ed Carolan knows a lot about making soup. He also is a master at using tailored performance objectives to motivate frontline workers. Ed is the general manager for StockPot, a subsidiary of The Campbell Soup Company that makes fresh refrigerated soup for the food service industry.
We first met Ed Carolan at the StockPot facility in Everett, Washington.
