This tool assesses the ability to draw on both the formal and the informal for high levels of performance. For the purposes of these questions, assume that the organization you’re in functions relatively well.
Answer each question on a 1-5 scale:
1. = Who is this?
2. = Not really me
3. = Sort of me
4. = Most of the time me
5. = That’s me!
