Sustainability Cycle: Chapter 2 Self-Assessment
Instructions: Use this assessment tool to rate the maturity of your learning organization, based on the characteristics of sustainability listed below. Consider each item carefully in terms of your learning organization as a whole and its patterns of practice. You might also want to have individual team members or stakeholders complete the assessment to compare notes, identify areas of strength, and prioritize areas where improvement opportunities may exist.
