I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Viewing default query
When you use the relational database as source, source qualifier generates a default SQL query to extract the data from the database table. By default, Informatica extracts all the records from the database table. To check the default query generated by Informatica, follow these steps:
- Double-click on the Source Qualifier transformation, click on the Properties tab, and select SQL query:
- The SQL editor opens. Click on the Generate SQL option. If required, specify the database username and password:
