13.8 Phase 4: Future planned enhancements
As we have shown in this chapter, FME has implemented many of the Sametime
capabilities described throughout this redbook to leverage real-time collaborative
capabilities These Sametime solutions have helped FME to become more
productive and more effectively address their customers’ needs.
As a final step, FME is considering how to provide a more consistent interface to
allow their agents to access all of their different applications from within a
consistent UI. Ultimately, FME is considering whether a portal based interface
might provide a more intuitive and efficient UI for their agents.
