Where:
򐂰 Ready: The customer applet has loaded and the customer has not yet
requested assistance. The agent applet ignores customers in this state (that
is, they do not appear in the monitoring screen).
򐂰 Request Chat: The customer is requesting assistance. Agent applets detect
this state change and shows the customer in the monitoring view. A customer
can transition back to the ready state by closing the chat window. When an
agent responds to a chat request, the customer applet goes into the chatting
