Overview
In this appendix, we will discuss a larger and more complete Sametime
application. This application provides an alternate means of handling customer
support, through live chats between a customer and customer support agents.
A customer logs onto the system with a custom Sametime application and makes
a request for assistance by selecting from one of their open problem reports. The
agents use a custom Sametime application to monitor customers requesting
