Electronics retailing is a large and diverse sector. As technology has advanced, the sector has become even more diverse, with different technology specialists appearing as the technology is introduced. ‘Electronics’ as a term is in fact old fashioned – retailers who sell electronic goods are now seen as technology retailers.
