I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
If you have a vision for your team and if you understand how your team operates now, you should be able to identify the gap between the two. The gap is what you need to bridge to achieve your vision. Driving change in your team is about identifying the best ways of bridging this gap and then implementing the selected changes in the most appropriate way. The logic of these points is clear and simple, but in reality, deciding what to do with regard to change can be difficult because there are so many things you could change and so many ways you could go about changing them.
