With your plan, you are now in a position to start to implement your change. At its simplest this is a matter of following your plan until the change is completed. But there are good ways and bad ways of following a plan. In this chapter I describe the switch from planning to active work on the change, and how to deliver against the plan. This must all be done within the context of the business-as-usual work your team does. Change may be important, but rarely is it so important you can stop doing the day job.
