Spam and anti-bot protection

GitLab is able to use reCAPTCHA and Akismet to handle abusive traffic. If you enable this setting, you need a site key and a private key, both of which can be generated at http://www.google.com/recaptcha. In this way, you raise another barrier against spammers creating users in an automated way. If you register, you have to prove you are a human by answering specific questions.
