It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
How it works...
The restore process from Microsoft Azure is a two-step process for DPM. During the Azure Backup registration phase, we pointed out something called Recovery Folder Settings (staging area); this folder comes into play during the restore process before the data is restored back to its original location. So, make sure you have enough free space in that folder before you start the recovery process, as otherwise the restore will fail.
