On this chart are four very significant MIDAS S/R curves (S1, S2, S3, and R1), along with three horizontal support levels (H1, H2, and H3). Each of the S curves is launched from the beginning of a generational bulge. S1 is launched from the sharp low in the second quarter of 1877, the beginning of the Edwardian Generation's bulge, and goes on to support all four price pullbacks during that long bulge.
