About the Author
Scott Proctor is the chief technology officer and head of quality for the Global Marketing Services Division of GSI Commerce. Proctor's experience includes working as an executive director at AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals in the United States and as the chief information officer at GE Healthcare Life Sciences in Sweden.
He earned his BA, MBA, and MS from the University of Virginia, and he is a CFA charterholder. Proctor also is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt by the American Society for Quality, and he has an ITIL (v3) Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.
Proctor is the author of a number of books on financial modeling published by John Wiley & Sons as well as a number of scientific publications in the field of ophthalmology.
