So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Updating Google analytics to default to HTTPS
Another update you should make concerns your analytics service. Since GA is the most common consumer service, I will demonstrate how to update GA.
In the current GA dashboard, there is an ADMIN option at the bottom of the menu, as shown in the following screenshot:
This brings up the administration for your site. The center column Property has a Property Settings option. Select it:
In the Property Settings panel, change the Default URL to use the HTTPS protocol and save:
