We use the same logic to create a chart for the next two variables: forks and size.
x = df['forks'] y = df['size']
The only change we do in the code is a change in descriptions:
ax.set(title='Deep Learning and Open Source Technologies', xlabel='Number of forks', ylabel='Repos size')

The preceding scatterplot confirms that there's no correlation between the number of forks and open issues. Deep learning has much fewer open issues, globally. Users following open source are more active in submitting issues, regardless of whether they fork the repositories or not.
