Obtaining OAuth tokens programmatically

In order to start working with the GitHub API we are required to obtain the access token. This time we will obtain it programmatically, instead of manually in the developer console with the following steps:

1. In the first step import all the necessary libraries.

2. You can define your access credentials.

3. You send a POST request through the secure protocol HTTPS, using the following information as arguments: username, password, scopes, and note. Scopes define different access rights for your token.
