One common problem in the mindset of engineers without much experience is trying to build perfect systems. This means many engineers believe that if the system is not responsive enough to any kind of demand from the user, the system is somehow badly designed or even broken. This way of thinking is wrong. Systems are built around requirements that they should accomplish; systems should be extensible, so they can be modified if those requirements change.
