Although your Web team may include several developers and a tech lead, in practice the day-to-day tasks devolve to individuals working in isolation. The resulting code is often a “black box,” whose inner workings are a mystery to everyone on the team except for one or two people. Good tech leads are in high demand, and their efforts may be diluted over multiple simultaneous projects.
