Launch should be viewed as the transition from the development phase to the maintenance phase. It's important to keep that point in mind as your project heads into the launch phase, and all you can think about is getting away from the office for a week or two to rest and regroup. By the time the project is out the door, you and your team may very well be ready for a break from the project, the client, and each other.
