It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

W3C technical reports are, of course, available in Web formats—traditionally, HTML. However, they are now evolving through XHTML and some are available in an XML format. It is also common for the documents to be available in additional formats, mostly page oriented, such as Postscript, PDF, and even plain text.
