So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Namespaces

xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/10/XMLSchema" xmlns:xkms="http://www.xkms.org/schema/xkms-2001-01-20" xmlns:xmldsig="http://www.w3.org/2000/09/xmldsig#"
Elements without prefixes are usually those defined in XML Schema [Schema]. Those with the “xkms:” prefix refer to the protocol from the XKMS Note; those with the “xmldsig:” prefix come from the XML Digital Signature standard (see Chapter 10).
