Let the Information Go Free

Communication involves more than the mechanics of person A communicating with person B. The successful teams I spoke with all insisted that information needs to be freely available. Some talked about making it easy to ask, and others talked about creating the kind of environment where information is ambient and team members absorb much of it without even realizing it. Whatever you do, communication needs active management so that information can flow.

Let’s look at some ideas.
