Let’s change tack; rather than developing code, let’s look at developing ourselves.

How can we build our knowledge, skills, and career? How can we prepare for a future when that future is at best murky and uncertain?

When talking about software development, I recommended taking small steps—when we’re not sure where we’re going, a small step means we’re less likely to fall off a cliff.
