I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Chapter 6Soft Skills
Writing this chapter is a bit of a penance for me; of all the things in this book, these are the areas I personally need to work on the most.
To some people, these things come naturally. If you’re one of these people, you may find some of the ideas here a little obvious (but you’re probably too nice to mention it). But if, like me, you know you can do better, perhaps my experiences will help.
