Dimensions of Stakeholder Needs

We have now enumerated our stakeholders and identified their needs, so we have completed column 1 of Figure 11.1. Our next step is to characterize these needs, with a view to prioritizing among them.
There are many dimensions along which we could characterize needs.
Benefit intensity: how much utility, worth, or benefit the fulfillment of the need will bring
Detriment: the adverse reaction that will occur if the need is unmet
Urgency: how quickly the need must be fulfilled
Awareness: how aware stakeholders ...
