Someone said that our best work is the work we find ourselves doing when there is no obligation to do so. When Covid-19 put on hold our projects I found myself with a bit of time on my hands and those nagging questions in mind. So I rolled up my sleeves to do a substantial research with 18,537 customers of 24 large organizations (all of which are well-known organizations within their sectors and almost all are publicly listed companies) from 9 different industry sectors, analyzing 59 customer groups.
