The case studies will give readers an idea of the unique business problems that organizations are faced with and how new enterprise collaboration tools and strategies can help solve those problems. The case studies here are shortened versions of longer and more in-depth cases. Although many other examples are discussed throughout the book, I wanted to devote a section to more in-depth explanations.
