Once the vendor is selected, the next step is to go live with the emergent collaboration solution. Depending on the vendor and the requirements you have stipulated, this can take anywhere from a few hours to a few months.
Chances are that the technology solution you go with will have several features and capabilities. It’s tempting to launch these platforms as is with everything enabled and let your employees have at it. However, I have found that this is not always the best approach for two reasons.
