HOW TO UNDERSTAND THE BASELINE FOR I&D
In this chapter we will focus on how to understand the I&D baseline, where you are now and the existing internal policies and processes you have in place. It is important to identify your current position, then you can decide where to focus your efforts.
A good place to start is to undertake an audit across your organisation. This will enable you to identify the problems and the gaps, helping you to build a plan.
