WHAT’S NEW AND USEFUL IN STRATEGY?

In updating this book I asked ten leading strategists – six professors and four practitioners – what had happened in the field in the past 20 years. Their responses were fascinating, not least where they disagreed.

Six of the ten believed that useful new strategy ideas or tools had come to the fore, whereas four believed nothing of much value, relative to older insights, had emerged.
