I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

There are currently no specific OSHA standards for workplace violence. However, there are rules, proposed rules, notices, and standard interpretations related to workplace violence available at OSHA’s Web site. Section 5(a)(1) and (2) of the OSH Act requires an employer to “furnish to each of his employees employment and a place of employment which are free from recognized hazards that are causing or are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to his employees” and requires employers to “comply with occupational safety and health standards promulgated under this Act.” Twenty-four states, ...
