Taking Care of Yourself

Al has been working from home for a while now and mostly enjoys it. He gets more time with the family, and the work is rewarding. He’s noticed, though, that he doesn’t have much time to himself. He used to read on the train into the office, and often sang along with the radio in the car. Now he either is working or has someone else with him all the time. He eats at his desk and can’t remember the last time he had lunch or an after-work beverage with a coworker. And why don’t his pants fit?
