Managing Your Learning and Growth
Toni doesn’t miss her commute—except that on the train she could read or listen to podcasts, and in the car she always had an audiobook playing. When she started to work from home, she didn’t realize she’d miss that part of the commute. That time seems now to be lost. She just isn’t getting as much reading done as she used to do. More than that, she always enjoyed the training sessions her company ran, but lately she has not been getting asked to participate, or even been hearing about them until it’s too late. She feels like she’s stagnating a bit.
