Planning Your Career Path
Jim loves being part of a virtual team and thinks he might make a good project manager. When he was in the office, he began taking little assignments that demonstrated his manager had faith in him, but since he’s started working from home, he hasn’t been assigned any extra tasks or asked if he wants to take the lead on team work. He wonders what is going on, and what he should do about it.
