So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
This book is dedicated to my husband, Ron, who was a magnetic leader before being magnetic was cool, and to my children, Alexis and Zach, who inspire me every day with their magnetism and their zest for life. And to my parents, Sy and Jeanette Chinsky, who pushed me to think big.
