The Idea

A vision reflects the future hopes and dreams of a team. It should describe the ideal end-state for your team and mobilize the team behind an exciting purpose.

•   Communicate the ideal image of the future.

•   Provide a primary focus.

•   Generate passion in the group.

•   Motivate team members to work consciously and unconsciously toward the vision.
