Use the Layers to Files script (File > Scripts) to create individual files from each layer in the document. Layers are exported whether they are visible or hidden, and if you have layers with transparency the results are determined by the File Type you choose. For example, if you choose jpg, any transparent areas are filled with white.
Based on the options you choose in the Export Layers To Files dialog, your files are named with the auto name prefix, followed by a four-digit number, followed by the layer name (Figure 3.5). So a document that contains layers named layer1 and layer2 would end up with filenames like this: prefixname_0001_layer1.jpg and prefixname_0002_layer2.jpg.
