It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Achieving business value from projects
Chapter 14 contains checklists associated with making sure any project or programme achieves the benefits it set out to accomplish. This happens through benefits management or benefits realisation. Benefits management is an essential part of any business project. Without being sure that benefits have been achieved, it is not possible to determine if the project investment was worthwhile.
