I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

You know that starting a new business is going to require an investment of time. You know it will require some money too. You do it because you hope there will eventually be a financial payoff. But there’s more to it—benefits you might not expect.
For one thing, there is tremendous satisfaction in charting your own course and seeing it through. And when you employ other people, you create wealth not just for yourself but for them as well.
