So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

ONCE YOU HAVE a clear understanding of the key principles of your leadership development program, you are ready to move to construction of the foundation. The foundation components are

- A conceptual framework for leadership development
- An operational strategy for leadership development
These components are analogous to the foundation of a home you might build. Everything else is dependent on the foundation.
