Renaming Views

Renaming a view is a relatively simple process.

1.	Right-click the view that you want to rename and select Rename.
2.	Enter a new name for the view. The dialog box shown in Figure 7.15 appears. Figure 7.15. When renaming a view, you are prompted for whether you want to rename the view and whether you want to look at its dependencies.
3.	If you click Yes, the view is renamed. If you click No, the view returns to its original name. If you click View Dependencies, the Dependencies dialog box appears (see Figure 7.16). Figure 7.16. The Dependencies dialog box shows you what other objects a view depends on.
