Stored Procedure Basics

You can create stored procedures in the following manners:

  • With the Create Stored Procedure Wizard

  • From the Enterprise Manager

  • Using the Query Analyzer

  • From an Access ADP file

  • Using T-SQL

Using the Create Stored Procedure Wizard to Create a Stored Procedure

The Create Stored Procedure Wizard facilitates the process of creating a stored procedure. To create a stored procedure with the Create Stored Procedure Wizard:

Select Tools, Wizards from within the Enterprise Manager. The Select Wizard dialog box appears.
